We recommend wearing whatever you feel most comfortable in, especially shoes! Wear comfortable sneakers! In the winter, it can be very chilly, and in the summer, it can be very hot, so please dress according to the weather forecast. Please bring a bottle of water with you in the summer to stay hydrated and use the restroom before the tour starts, as there are not many places to stop for a bathroom break.
Absolutely! One of the positives for tourists is Savannah’s open container law. We do ask that people drink responsibly during the tours. Guests who are visibly and/or heavily intoxicated during the investigation may be asked to leave without refund if their intoxication poses harm to themselves or others or if it is majorly disruptive to the rest of the group. We ask that everyone remain respectful to the other guests, our guides, and, of course, the city of Savannah.

We do not offer drop-off or pickup from your hotel locations for the tours. Lyft, Uber, and Pedicabs are available in the city. There is also on-street parking available around the meeting points.

If you are unable to attend and it is beyond our cancellation window, we offer all of our guests the option of an indefinite rain check, whether you’ve booked directly with us (online, in person, over the phone) or through Tripadvisor. You do, however, need to contact us directly, as third-party sites do not offer the raincheck, only us as a business.
